Overview

Our Business

Coach Tribe is a one-stop shop coaching platform & community for international and diverse coaches here to support individuals as well as companies in their personal and professional growth. It serves as a professional coaching platform designed to manage a community of coaches, their clients, and the operational workflows between them. It provides all the necessary tools for growth: video, messaging, profiles, payment, etc.

Our Progress

• The main UI/UX of the V2 is done.
• Most of the API integrated.
• Documentation ongoing and regularly updated.

Our Plan for the Future

Over the next 12–18 months, CoachTribe aims to consolidate its platform, build a high-quality coaching ecosystem, and scale its visibility and impact. The first phase will focus on rolling out the new platform version to all users while closely monitoring server performance, API stability, and critical user flows (booking, payments, sessions). A structured beta testing program will be deployed, recruiting selected coaches and coachees to validate usability, matching relevance, and overall experience.

The second phase will prioritize recruitment and ecosystem growth, with targeted onboarding of qualified coaches and acquisition of coachees through early adopter communities, referrals, and partnerships. Strong quality, trust, and standards mechanisms will be implemented to ensure professionalism, consistency, and user confidence.

From mid-cycle, CoachTribe will roll out a new communication and marketing strategy, centered on impact, success stories, and community-building. Multi-channel campaigns and partnerships will support sustained user acquisition and brand positioning.

In parallel, a crowdfunding campaign will be prepared and launched to finance growth, mobilize the community, and increase visibility.

In the final phase, CoachTribe will leverage data and insights to optimize matching, retention, and performance while developing partnerships with organizations and institutions to diversify revenue streams and prepare for long-term scale.
