About Me
Career Path and Aspirations
My career to date has focused on recruitment operations, HR coordination, and volunteer management. I have led full recruitment cycles end-to-end, including role scoping, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. I have independently managed interviews, trained and supported new recruiters, and maintained accurate recruitment pipelines across multiple systems such as Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, OpenDoc, and Otter.
In addition, I have built HR documentation and processes from scratch, including onboarding workflows, volunteer agreements, internal guidelines, and training materials. I have coordinated volunteer teams, supported HR operations during periods of growth, and contributed to improving recruitment efficiency and candidate experience. My chosen career path is to continue developing as an HR and People Operations professional, progressing into roles with greater strategic responsibility, team leadership, and system design in dynamic, growth-oriented organisations.
Ideal Volunteer Opportunity
My ideal volunteer opportunity would allow me to contribute directly to HR, recruitment, or people operations within a startup, nonprofit, or mission-driven organisation. I am particularly interested in roles where I can help build or improve recruitment processes, onboarding systems, training frameworks, and HR documentation. Opportunities that involve coordinating volunteers, supporting hiring managers, improving candidate or volunteer experience, and collaborating with cross-functional teams would strongly support my career aspirations. I am especially motivated by environments where initiative, ownership, and process improvement are valued, and where my contributions can have a visible, practical impact.
