I am an international Human Resource Management graduate currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Human Resource Management in France. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in HRM from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration and have hands-on experience working in fast-paced, highly regulated environments, including aviation security and port operations. I bring strong communication, organisational, analytical, and intercultural skills, and I am motivated to support people-focused and growth-driven organisations.

Career Path and Aspirations

In my academic background, I have completed coursework in recruitment and selection, organisational behaviour, training and development, performance management, compensation, business analytics, and corporate law which has made me build a solid foundation in core HR practices.
Professionally, I gained practical experience at Ghana Airport Company Limited, where I worked in aviation security within a highly regulated and multicultural environment. I ensured 100% compliance with safety and security procedures, identified over 15 potential safety or behavioural risks weekly, and handled passenger interactions and conflict situations with professionalism. I also completed an internship at the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority, where I analysed over 200 records weekly, supported compliance efforts, and collaborated with cross-functional security teams.
Even though I don't have a direct work experience in HR, my aspiration is to build a career in Human Resources where I can combine people management, data-driven decision-making, and intercultural competence to support organisational performance, employee development, and inclusive workplace practices.

Ideal Volunteer Opportunity

My ideal volunteer opportunity is one where I can support HR-related activities such as recruitment support, onboarding, training coordination, employee engagement initiatives, data analysis, or organisational development projects. I am particularly interested in organisations or startups where I can apply my academic knowledge in HR while gaining exposure to real-world people operations, performance management, and compliance processes. A volunteer role in a multicultural, impact-driven environment would help me strengthen my practical HR skills, expand my professional network, and further clarify my long-term career path in Human Resources.
